Cozy Mug has been teasing us for a few months about the excitement of the fall editions of the subscription. I think the main part of the excitement for most of us was just that it was FALL. We just want the cooler weather, beautiful colors, cooler weather, tasty spices, cooler weather. I think you get the point. This month’s box didn’t disappoint. I really enjoy fall flavors, and can’t wait to dive into this one!

One of the things I love most about Cozy Mug is how beautifully they package everything. I’m always excited to see how things are packed. It’s like getting a gift each month. I’m a huge proponent of wrapping gifts, as opposed to just throwing them in gift bags. It’s more fun to rip into the packaging! Each little goodie was wrapped in its own little tissue paper thing, and made the whole experience exciting, as usual. I’m a dork.

When I first opened the box, there was orange tissue paper covering the whole of the contents, and was held together by a cute gold pumpkin sticker. Inside, it was lined with burgundy tissue paper, and as usual, the card was on top.

IMG_0209The first thing I noticed was a Harney and Son’s Cranberry Autumn black tea tin. As our readers know, we LOVE Harney and Son’s, so I was excited to get this! This black tea has bits of cranberries and oranges in it, and has the most wonderful flavor. I carry tea in my purse, but I carry cheap bagged tea because I haven’t found a convenient way to carry the Harney and Son’s teas. This little tin solved all my issues! As amazing as the cranberry orange tea is, I think I’m more excited about the tin! It holds 5 tea bags, and each bag is enough for 2 servings.

IMG_0212There was a little tissue roll, which was what I expected, lip balm. Cozy Mug always finds the best lip balms! This one is called “Karma Apple,” and it’s by a company called Bubble and Bee Organic. It’s all natural, and supposedly smells like apples. I have a serious sinus infection, so I can’t smell ANYTHING! Like, at all. I’ve asked Mom, and a friend what they smell, and they said it smells like apples, and tastes sweet. I can’t wait to try this myself! I do like the feel of the balm though. I haven’t really chapped lips during fall and winter, so I’m always on the lookout for a great balm! I have to say, the sticker on the lip balm is really cute too.

IMG_0214Next up as a Rise Crunchy Perfect Pumpkin breakfast bar. It’s pretty good! It’s a bit soft for my liking, but the flavor, what I can taste, is really good. It’s healthy, and has 7g of protein.

IMG_0217There was a large pouch of teas wrapped in a pretty ribbon. It contained Teekanne Herbal Wellness Tea Energizing Caffeinated Cinnamon Apple Spice, Stash Maple apple Cider and Pumpkin Spice decaf, and a larger bag of loose leaf Adagio tea in Pumpkin Spice. I love all of these flavors. I sent the Cinnamon Apple Spice, Maple Apple Cider and the Pumpkin Spice decaf to someone, because I already have these. They are all really great! I particularly love the Cinnamon Apple Spice when I don’t feel too great. (Although there is none better than peppermint when you’re having sinus issues!). I haven’t tried the Adagio Pumpkin Spice yet, because I’m waiting until I can actually taste things again. :/ There was also a Cinnamon Honey stick in the box, to make any tea just a bit more fall like.

I can’t express how much I LOVE the cards Cozy Mug provides! Sometimes the writing on the back of the card, describing the contents is a little hard to read, but the front pictures, with the owls and the graphics…OMG, I love these! October’s card is by far my favorite! I LOVE the owl, the colors, the trees, the post card look. Seriously, I’m in love with this card. It’s going up in my Fall decorations somewhere.

All in all, I truly think these Cozy Mug boxes are getting better and better! I’d really love something really cool like a mug, a knitted/crocheted mug cover, more candles, but I can’t complain!
